The series One® of digital pressure switches incorporates an intelligent self-diagnostic capable of notifying possible malfunctions. Imagine a pressure switch with high repeatability (0,1% = 10 times better than the repeatability of a good mechanical switch) and a completely adjustable dead-band.
The digital display can be rotated.

How it works
The basic version allows to replace a mechanical instrument already connected to PLC o DCS, without any wiring modification, therefore using the same two
wires with time saving, without the need for an auxiliary supply source.
This is possible because this instrument has been designed to take advantage from the residual currents typical of  PLC e DCS, (approx 750
µA) for its operation management.
Ideal for pumps cycle and compressors control, One
® can be a pressure switch and a local indicator or these two things with an additional 4/20 mA Hart® transmitter.

Serie_One_1X

Replacement of old electromechanical instruments previously connected to a DCS or PLC without wiring modifications (without an additional power source).

  • Functioning also through interposed relay.

  • Efficiency secured even with less than 8 Volts.

  • Wide display for programming and continuous reading of line pressure.

  • Adjustable set-point, dead-band and contact status.

  • Active self-diagnostic with display messages.

  • Fail-safe selfdiagnostic threshold, remotable to PLC/DCS.

The series is completed with two models. 1XSWHL two wires for use with different types of DCS and 1XSWHH at four wires with a 10A relay.

The model 1XTXSW adds to the two independent  threshold it's equipped with, also a 4-20 mA analog transmitter  with possible downranging to a 50% of the nominal range.

This model just like the model  1XTX00 is HART® enabled.
