In brief
The OneŽ series of electronic pressure switches incorporates intelligent self-diagnostics capable of signaling faults. Imagine a pressure switch with high repeatability (0.1%) and a fully adjustable trip differential. The digital display is swiveling.

The basic version makes it possible to replace an electromechanical instrument already connected to a PLC or DCS, without changing the wiring, i.e., employing the same two wires, with significant time savings, i.e., without the need to employ an auxiliary power supply.
This is possible because the instrument is specifically designed to take advantage of the typical residual currents of PLCs and DCSs, (about 750 ľA) for its own functionality, thus even when there is apparently no current flow.
Ideal for cycle control of pumps and compressors One can be local pressure switch and indicator and remote self-diagnostic source.

Replacement of old electromechanical instruments already connected to DCS or PLC without changes in wiring (thus without additional power supplies).
  • Operation also through interposed relay.
  • Guaranteed functionality even with less than 8 V.
  • Large display for programming and constant display of line pressure.
