The tuning fork vibrating level sensor uses piezoelectric crystal technology and solid-state electronics to produce vibrations in the tuning fork element at a specific frequency by receiving electronic feedback. When the probe element is in contact with the liquid or solid to be controlled, there is a change in the frequency of vibration, and the electronics detect the presence of the product. When the probe element is again free of the target material, the vibration intensity returns to indicate to the electronics that no material is present.
