| In brief The 400 series thermostats can be supplied with one, two or three independent microswitches with or without an internal setting scale facilitating the control of two different trip points. The practical and spacious housing facilitates accessibility for electrical connection,offering a 3/4" NPT-F inlet and two pre-slotted (ejector) inlets from which to derive alternate cable runs. The instrument is certified for ATEX classified area for use in Intrinsically Safe circuits. as well as for NorthAmerica and other countries. Capillary instruments can be supplied with stainless steel armor or with PTFE coating to the full length of the capillary. Capillaries have no modular length but can be chosen for any length needed. Thermostats with rigid bulbs, for direct mounting to the thermowell, can be selected from a number of optional length modules. Like many other United Electric manufactured prodts, the 400 series maintains its performance even under high vibration or shock. |
