| In brief The 3171MR series vibration switches operate vibration control on rotary and reciprocating machines, fans, centrifuges, compressors, pumps, mills. They are multi-directional vibration switches indicated for reliable protection of machinery from unknown or unexpected vibration angles. Vibrostats in this series are easy to install and operable over a wide temperature range. It is the lightest and smallest series on the market. The switch can be set directly on the machine itself in the course of normal operation. Mounting should be done in the vertical position for sensitivity in the horizontal, lateral and vertical planes |
